The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force is seeking the public's assistance in their investigation of a shooting incident that occurred at Delisle Street, Basseterre in the vicinity of KFC. At approximately 4:00 p.m. Friday 25th August 2006, a thirty-four (34) year old female received a gunshot wound in both of her legs and was subsequently hospitalized for treatment of her injuries.
At the present time there are three (3) male adults of SaddlersVillage in police custody assisting with the investigation, while one other person is being sought in connection to the incident.

~~Adz:Right~~On Thursday 24th August 2006, Vernon Richardson of Basseterre was charged with the offences of "Robbery" and "Uttering" committed on 21st August 2006. He was remanded to Her Majesty's Prison on 25th August 2006 pending the trial of his cases.
