Zaiesha Joseph crowned 2011 Miss Labour

    BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – AFTER a long night, Zaiesha Joseph of Constituency Number Four was crowned the 2011 Miss Labour Queen from a field of eight contestants from each constituency in St. Kitts.

     

     

     

    The newly-crowned queen also took the Best Promotional Speech award and Best Evening Wear in a dazzling multi-coloured strapless dress.

     

     

     

    She was closely followed by Davina Doras-Cranston who represented Constituency Number One.

     

     

     

    The Second Runner-up position was awarded to Jackiema Flemming of Constituency Five, who was awarded Best Talent with an exciting calypso performance, while the Third Runner-up was Vekeich Connor of Constituency Number Six.

     

     

     

    The other contestants were Constituency Two Nakita James who received Best Creative Wear, Constituency Three Crystal Boyles, Constituency Seve SheniquaConnonier and Zamera Pemberton of Constituency Eight. 

     

     

     

    The contestants Promotional Speech was based on ‘Economic crisis affecting the region and the Federation and the way forward’.

     

     

     

    The Grand Masters Band provided musical entertainment for the night alongside Nicha B, Footsy and Silk and Pepper Ranks.
