BASSETERRE St. Kitts, May 31st 2011 - The general public will soon have another opportunity to experience an exceptional evening of high quality dance entertainment as the 60 members of the Fireflies Dance School are busy rehearsing for their 2011 dance recital currently slated for Sunday July 3rd 2011. All between the ages of 4 and 10, these tiny dancing balls of fire are preparing to deliver a night filled with fun, colour, emotion, talent, skill and youthful imagination.
Now in its 6th year, the 60 member dance School continues to provide its young students with the highest quality of dance instruction, helping them to gain a love and appreciation for the art of dance as well as to enhance their sense of accomplishment, self esteem, imagination, creativity and their ability to work as a team towards a common goal.
Ms. Heidi Slack, founder and Director of the Fireflies Dance School, has also confirmed that the very popular “Daddy-Daughter” dance will again be featured at this year’s recital.
