The following persons were arrested and charged between 5th and 7th September 2006;
Vernon "Chico" Simon of Newtown was charged with the offence "Possession of a Controlled Drug" to wit cannabis, committed on 5th September 2006.
Keon Fyfield of Newtown was charged with the offence "Larceny from the Person" committed on 22nd August 2006.
Vendell Browne of Harris Village, Nevis was charged with the offence "Possession of a Controlled Drug" to wit cannabis, committed on 5th September 2006 at his residence.
At the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 5th September 2006, Cleon Doyling of Saddlers Village who was charged with the offence of "House Breaking and Larceny"was bailed in the sum of $10,000.00 to appear at the Sandy Point Magistrate Court on 3rd October 2006. Doyling was also ordered by the court to report to the St. Pauls Police Station on Mondays and Thursdays between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
While on the 6th September 2006 at the Basseterre Magistrate Court, Leon Phillip of Herbert Street, Newtown who was charged with the offence of "Possession of a Controlled Drug" committed on 4th September 2006, was bailed in the sum of $5,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 2nd October 2006.
