Today Monday 11th September 2006, pathologist Dr. Stephen Jones performed autopsies on the bodies of the late Calvert Henry of Cayon, the late Robert "Scottie" Osbourne of Upper College Street, Basseterre and the late Josh Smithen of St.PaulsVillage. Dr Jones findings were as follows:
·Calvert Henry died as a result of a gunshot injury to the cervical spine complicated by respiratory failure;
·Robert Osbourne died as a result of a gunshot injury to the head; and
·Josh Smithen died as a result of a stab wound to the head.
The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force once again urging persons with information in relation to any of these incidents, to contact the Criminal Investigation Department at 465-2241, extension 220, 236 or 466-8351 and can do so anonymously
The following persons were arrested and charged between 8th and 10th September 2006:
·Marley Gumbs of GroveVillage, St. Pauls was charged with the offence of Wounding with Intent committed on 5th September 2006.
·Jason Norford of Ponds Pasture was charged with the offence of Possession of a Controlled Drug" (Cannabis) committed on 10th September 2006.
·Troy Francis of Upper Cayon Village was charged with the offence of being "Found in an enclosed premise" for an unlawful purpose committed on 5th September 2006.
·Trevor Stapleton of LodgeVillage was charged with the offence of "House Breaking and Larceny" committed between 15th and 16th December 2005.
Davril Battice of East Street, Newtown who was charged with the offence of Possession of a Controlled Drug" (Crack Cocaine) committed on 8th September 2006 was bailed in the sum of $10,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 2nd October 2006.
