At the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 10th September 2006, Shaweed Williams Tobin of Fry's Village, Basseterre who was charged with the offence of House Breaking and Larceny committed on 19th June 2006, was committed to stand trial at the January 2007 assizes.
At the same court, Craig Mills of Ponds Pasture who was charged with the offences of "Possession of a Controlled Drug", "Possession with Intent to Supply a Controlled Drug" and "Cultivation of a Controlled Drug", was bailed in the sum of $7,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 2nd October 2006.
Vernon Simon, who was charged with the offence of "Possession of Controlled Drugs" committed on 6th September 2006, was granted bail in the sum of $10,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 2nd October 2006.
At the Sandy Point Magistrate Court sitting, Reginald Gumbs and a sixteen-year-old male juvenile both of the SandyPoint area who were charged with the offence of "House Breaking and Larceny" were convicted and had their sentences deferred until 9th October 2006 pending a report from the Probation and Child Welfare Office.
