·         Rupert "Skilful" Bridgewater, was charged with the offence of "Burglary" committed on 9^th September 2006 at Herbert Street, Newtown. He was later remanded to Her Majesty's Prison pending his trial.

·         Oscar Clarke of Camps Village was charged with the offence of "Possession of Controlled Drugs" committed on 12^th September 2006.

At the Basseterre Magistrate Court on 12^th September 2006;

·         Daren Henry of Cunningham Village, Cayon who was charged with the offences "Resisting Arrest", "Battery on Police" and "Being armed with an offensive weapon' committed on 5^th June 2006 was convicted, cautioned and ordered to pay twenty (20) hours community service at the Cayon Police Station.

·         Erslie Wilkin of St. Johnson Avenue, Basseterre who was charged with the offences of "Incest" and "Indecent Assault" committed in 2003, was committed to stand trial at the January 2006 Criminal Assizes.

The following person(s) were convicted at the Charlestown Magistrate Court on 12^th September 2006;

·         Llewellyn Caesar of Jessup's Village who was charged with the offence of "Operating a motor cycle without an appropriate headgear" committed on 28^th July 2006 was fined $150.00 E.C. to be paid in one month (1) or in default serve (14) days imprisonment.

·         Glenroy Tyrell Skeete of New Castle who was charged with the offence of "Driving an unlicensed vehicle" committed on 11^th August 2006 was fined $150.00 E.C. to be paid in one (1) month or in default serve (14) days imprisonment.

·         Aldre Maynard of Brick Kiln Village who was charged with the offence of "Driving a vehicle at night with one lighted headlamp" committed on 1^st August 2006 was fined $250.00 E.C. to be paid in one (1) month or in default serve (14) days imprisonment.

·         Junior Chiverton of Browne Hill who was charged with the offence of "Failing to display his vehicle license sticker" committed on 7^th July 2006 was fined $200.00 E.C. to be paid in one (1) week or in default serve (14) days imprisonment.

·         Patrick Butler of Camps Nevis who was charged with the offence of "Driving with a valid drivers license" was fined $500.00 E.C. to be paid in three (3) months or in default serve (14) days imprisonment.

·         Dexroy Herbert of Bath Village who was charged with the offence of "Battery" committed on 2^nd July 2006 was fined $500.00 E.C. to be paid in three (3) months or in default serve (1) month imprisonment.

·         Clive Pemberton of Pot Works, Nevis was who was charged with the offence of "Driving without due care and attention" committed on 5^th August 2006 was convicted and fined $800.00 to be paid in three (3) months or in default serve one (1) month imprisonment.
