Press Release
Please be aware that Cable and Wireless has commenced a call-out campaign, targeting our valued customers across the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.
If you do receive a call, please note that the caller may try to mislead you by informing you that he/she is conducting a joint survey on behalf of Digicel and Bmobile.

Please be aware that this is untrue; Digicel is not involved in any joint surveys in conjunction with Cable & Wireless. The Cable & Wireless caller may even pretend to be members of Digicel staff, in order to obtain personal information from you regarding your account.

Digicel condemns this activity by Cable and Wireless and regrets that the public is subjected to such unethical practices. Business must be based on a framework of ethics and principles and never involve misleading the consumer with such tactics. So that you our valued customers are aware, we have written directly to Cable & Wireless to discontinue this line of action and have also requested a full investigation from the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (NTRC).

Rest assured we are taking every action necessary to stop these nuisance calls and will seek legal recourse if it doesn't stop immediately.

If you have received such calls please call Digicel on 466-4000 or email Kevin.edwards@digicelgroup.com

With Digicel, our customers are always Number 1.
