At the Basseterre High Court on Wednesday 11th October 2006, Leroy Browne of Buckley's Estate who was indicted on a charged of "Building Breaking and Larceny" was convicted and sentenced to serve seven (7) years imprisonment with hard labour. Browne was indicted for breaking into the MauriceHillerSchool between 10th and 27th December 2005.
The following persons were charged on 11th October 2006;
·Medrick "Jah B" Washington of Dunn's Cottage, Cayon was arrested and charged with the offences of "Possession of a Controlled Drug" to wit Cocaine, "Disorderly Conduct" and a second charge of "Possession of a Controlled Drug" to wit Cannabis.
·Dexter Somersall of Stoney Grove, Nevis was arrested and charged with the offences of "Possession of a Controlled Drug", Possession with Intent to Supply a Controlled Drug" to wit cocaine, and "Obstruction" committed on 10th October 2006 at Pinneys Beach, Nevis.
