    (Basseterre, St. Kitts): Tourism Week kicked off with another one of it's activities by hosting an Art & Craft exhibition last Friday, October, 13, at the Independence Square.
     
    Many organizations were present, displaying their products and what their company has to offer.

    Golden Year Club displayed hand made bags, table mats, baskets and other handy stuff made of Wool, Straw and cloth, and these were all made by the senior citizens of Cayon and Keys Village.
     
    The Department of Agriculture displayed Kittitian Fruit Plate and also dried fruit such as mango, silk fig, papaya and more which were all made from local fruits.
     
    While Old Manor Hotel of Nevis displayed flyers of their many services they have to offer for anyone who is interested in visiting the hotel. The Old Manor Hotel is not located on a beach but on a mountain offering breathtaking views of Nevis.

    The Old Manor Hotel was a sugar plantation before it became a hotel, and it is 400-Years-old and consists of four suites and a restaurant.
     
    Nurses were showcasing flyers with the current diseases of today that affect people, including Alcoholism, Diabetes, Obesity, Teen Pregnancy, HIV/ AIDS, Prenatal, Asthma and much more.
     
    ~~Adz:Right~~The Ottley's Plantation displayed photos of their plantation and services that they have to offer as you visit a peaceful atmosphere, some services are: Massages, from deep tissue to aromatherapy, Body treatments, Manicures and Pedicures, facials, hair and make up, Spa and lunch at the Royal Palm.
     
    The Craft House also showcased the marvelous skills of their artists as they showcased sandals, bags and belts that were made out of Leather, Coconut hair slides, wooden key holders and a lot more.
