    BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, OCTOBER 19TH 2006:
    The St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party begins a series of events this coming Sunday, October 22nd, to mark the Second Anniversary of its Third Term in Office with a Church Service at the 167-year-old Estridge Moravian Church.
    Party Chairman and Parliamentary Representative for Constituency #7, Dr. the Hon. Timothy Harris said a Town Hall Meeting and Public Meeting have been planned. The date for the Public Meeting is Sunday 29th October in Old Road. The date for the Town Hall meeting will be given later.
    Dr. Harris said that the Church Service begins at 9:00 A.M. with the Introit by the Senior Choir.
    Deputy Prime Minister and Deputy Political Leader, Hon. Sam Condor will read the Litany for Fourth Sundays, the First Lesson will be read by Dr. Harris, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade, Commerce and Consumer Affairs, while the Parliamentary Representative for Constituency # 4 and Minister of Health, Hon. Rupert Herbert will dedicate the offering.
    National Political Leader of the St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party, Prime Minister Hon. Dr. Denzil L. Douglas will deliver an Expression of Thanks, prior to a musical selection, the Second Reading by the Parliamentary Representative for~~Adz:Right~~ Constituency # 8, Hon. Cedric Liburd and the second portion of the reading of the Litany for Fourth Sundays by newly-appointed Attorney General and Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs, the Hon. Dennis Merchant and Ms. Ghislyn Williams.
    The Sermon will be given by the Rev. Deslyn J. Belle-Watson.
    The ruling St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party was returned to office for a third consecutive term on October 24th 2004, when it won seven of the eight seats on St. Kitts in the 11-member Federal Assembly. The Concerned Citizens Movement has two seats and the Nevis Reformation Party and the Peoples Action Movement with one seat each.
