Veon Sutton was charged with Housebreaking and Larceny on the home of Donna Williams and Dennis Martin of Sandown Road, Newtown.
The total value of the items which included several jewelry items, ten DVD's and seven pairs of socks is $10, 900,
Sutton plead guilty to the charge.
Evidence were given in the court that Williams said that she saw the accuse a few feet away from her gate speaking on a phone on the date in question and that on February 20, she recovered some of the items from the accuse while he walked on the bay road.
Sutton will be sentenced on Thursday November 2.
