~~Adz:Left~~(Basseterre; St. Kitts): Kemba Swanston who was found guilty of Murder and Attempted Murder will have to wait until Thursday, November 2, to learn his fate.

He was found guilty of the joint murder and wounding of brothers Dennis Trotman and Davin Herbert, respectively.

His original sentencing was scheduled for Monday October 30, following a social and psychiatric report, however, his lawyer Jason Hamilton informed the court that he learned the psychiatric report was incomplete.

His Lordship Justice Francis Belle said that the sentencing will be postponed until Thursday after he reviews the report.

Before he said this he asked Swanston if there was anything he would like to say before he will be sentenced.

Swanston replied by saying he was not involved in the incident and felt that he was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
