    Could the found body be that of Michelle Weekes-Benjamin? Police are yet to confirm.
    (Basseterre; St. Kitts):
    The body that was found yesterday Wednesday, November, 1, at a building under construction on Rosemary Lane has not been identified as yet, according to a Police Press Release, today Thursday November, 2.
     
    "The body was removed from the scene and a post mortem will be carried out to ascertain the identity and the cause of death," the press release stated.
     
    The Federation became alarmed when news spread throughout that a body was found in what appears to be a septic tank inside the building.
     
    Rumors circulated as to whether the found body could be that of Michelle Weekes-Benjamin who was reported missing since Sunday, October 29, in the evening.
     
    Upon arrival to the scene criminal investigation officers observed
    ~~Adz:Right~~what appeared to be a human body wrapped in a cloth in the unfinished septic tank. 

    Then at around 2 p.m. they retrieved what appeared to be a partly swollen decomposed body wrapped in a cloth with the assistance of the Public Work's Department and a jackhammer and compressor.
     
    The press release further stated that there are three male adults in custody assisting with the investigations and that an autopsy is scheduled for Friday November, 3, to be performed by pathologist Dr. Steven Jones of Barbados.
     
    The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force is requesting that any person with information surrounding this incident, to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 465-2241, extension 236 / 220 or 466-8351.
