    31-year-old Michelle Weekes Benjamin of Carifesta Village
    (Basseterre; St. Kitts):
    Leroy Benjamin jr. the husband of Michelle Weekes-Benjamin and his younger brother William Benjamin were both charged in connection with the death of Benjamin whose body was found in a septic-tank on Rosemary.
     
    Police received a call last Wednesday, November 1, that a foul smell was emanating from a building under construction on the lane.
     
    On arrival at the scene officers observed what appeared to be a human body wrapped in a cloth inside of the buildings incomplete septic-tank. What was later retrieved sometime after 2:00 p.m. with the help of a jackhammer and the Water Department was the partly swollen decomposed body of a human.
     
    A postmontern was conducted on Friday November, 3, at the Joseph N. France Hospital Mortuary. At the end of the autopsy the doctor concluded that death was caused by Asphyxia due to smothering.
     
    The family also confirmed that the body belonged to Weekes-Benjamin and laid her to rest on Saturday, November 4, after a service was held for her at the Basseterre Moravian Church.~~Adz:Right~~
