~~Adz:Left~~ (Basseterre; St. Kitts): Friday 15th December 2006, the Shoreline Plaza on the Bay Road, will be transformed into a fountain of multi-talented expressions. That's when the Official Grand Opening of National Carnival 2006-2007 will take place from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
This event will showcase our traditional folklore, the UDC Junior Calypsonians and Talented Teenagers, as well as a colourful and creative display of the Cable & Wireless Children's Carnival Troupe "Celebration" and the 'Sensational Six' Contestants for the National Carnival Queen Pageant.
The evening will climax with the explosive Launch of the Road March Champions Nu Vybes International - De Sugar Band from its latest CD "For the People".~~Adz:Right~~
The National Carnival Committee extends an open invitation to all Sponsors, Business Partners, Contributors, Mas Makers, Carnival Revelers, Students, Teachers and Parents in particular, as well as Carnival lovers in general to attend the Grand Opening on Friday 15th December at the Shoreline Plaza, Bay Road from 3.00 pm.
