v      Bernard Berry of Cardin Avenue and Tijmah Jones of St. Paul Village were arrested and charged for the offence of Wounding, committed on 30^th December 2006 at Cayon Street, Basseterre.

v      Kimo Flemming of Trafalgar Village was charged with three (3) counts of robbery with violence committed at Frigate Bay on 5^th November 2006.

On 3^rd January 2007, the following persons were arrested and charged with various offences:

v      Evans Daniel of Parsons Village was charged with the offences of "Malicious Damage"committed on 28^th August 2006 at Parsons Village and "Carrying Abroad an Offensive Weapon" to wit a Machete, committed on 3^rd January 2007.

v      Phillip Jones of Tabernacle Village was charged with the offence of "Wounding with Intent", committed on 25^th August 2006.

v      Lennox Gumbs of St. Johnson Village was charged with the offence of "Wounding", committed on 30^th December 2006 at Cayon Street. He was bailed in the sum $5,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre magistrate's Court on 8^th January 2007.

v      Clive Rouphine of St. Paul Village was charged with the offence of "Wounding", committed on 2^nd January 2007 at St. Paul Village. He was later bailed in the sum of $3,000.000 to appear at the Sandy Point Magistrate's Court on 5^th January 2007.

v      Glenville Whyte of Temple Alley, Basseterre was charged with the offence of "Carrying Abroad an Offensive Weapon" to wit an Ice Pick, committed on 2^nd January 2007 at Victoria Road, Basseterre. He was bailed in the sum of $3,000.00 to appear at the Basseterre Magistrates Court on 8^th January 2007.

v      Jervin Dowell of Taylor's Housing Project was charged with "Possession of a Firearm with Intent by means of having the said firearm to endanger life or cause serious injury". Dowell is the fourth (4) person charged in connection with this incident which was committed on 28^th July, 2006 at Carty Alley.

v      A thirteen (13) year-old male of LaGuerite was charged with the offence of House breaking and Larceny, committed on 24/4/06.

v      Calvin Samuel of Belle Vue was charged with the offence of "Carrying Abroad an Offensive Weapon" to wit a knife, committed on 3/1/07.
