BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS (MAY 7TH 2004) - St. Kitts and Nevis Prime Minister Dr. the Hon. Denzil L. Douglas was greeted Tuesday morning by Antigua and Barbuda’s new Prime Minister the Hon. Baldwin Spencer when he arrived for the 17th Meeting of the Bureau of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (With Participation by the Core Group in Haiti).
Dr. Douglas was personally invited to St. John’s to attend the two-day meeting by Prime Minister Spencer, who is the new Chairman of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM).
While in St. John’s, Dr. Douglas was also greeted by other Ministers in the new Government of Antigua and Barbuda.

Prime Minister Douglas and the Prime Minister of Grenada, the Right Hon. Keith Mitchell were guests at a private dinner hosted by Antigua and Barbuda’s Minister of State in the Office of the Prime Minister, the Hon. Aziz Hadeed on Tuesday evening.
