(Basseterre; St. Kitts): Two men were left worry-free as their charges were withdrawn while one has to wait four months to learn his fate.
The case was that of Orlanderson Selkridge, Akeel Glasgow and Clevron Desouza who were all charged for wounding with intent and unlawful wounding.
The Prosecution withdrew the charges against Selkridge and Glasgow leaving Desouza to face those charges. ~~adz:right~~
Desouza is scheduled to appear in court at the new assizes on May 18.
