·         Dawud Byron Junior of Ponds Estate Development was charged with the offence of "Disorderly Conduct" committed on 18^th January 2007 at Cayon Street, Basseterre.

·         Jamie Liburd of Parray Village was charged with the offences of "Disorderly Conduct" and "Carrying Abroad an Offensive Weapon" committed on 18^th January 2007 at Cayon Street, Basseterre.

·         A seventeen-year-old male resident of Back Street, Cayon was charged with the offence of "Unlawful Carnal Knowledge committed on between 1^st November and 24^th December 2006.

·         Eustace Wilkerson alias "Magic Fingers" of Conaree Village was charged with the offence Possession of a Controlled Drug" to wit cannabis committed on 18^th January 2007.

·         Jervin Rawlins of Tabernacle Village was charged with the offences of "Carrying abroad an offensive weapon" and "Throwing Missiles" committed on 18^th January 2007.

·         A seventeen-year-old male resident of Tabernacle Village was charged with the offence of "Throwing Missiles" committed on 18^th January 2007.

At the High Court on Thursday 18^th January 2007;

Both Robert Farrell and David Lowry who were indicted for the offence of "Wounding with Intent" committed in March 2005, pleaded guilty to the charge. They were subsequently placed on probation in the sum of $5000.00, to keep the peace and be of good behaviour for a period of three (3) years. Both men will be supervised by a Probation officer and any breach their probation will result in a return to the said court to be sentenced to one (1) year imprisonment.
