    (Basseterre; St. Kitts):
Four men left the High Court this morning, Wednesday, January 31, in high spirits as they had their murder charge against them dropped.

His Lordship Francis Belle dismissed the charges against Steve Isaac and Melvin Liburd who were both on bail, while Jermaine Williams and Craig Hamilton who were remanded in prison for over two years had their case withdrawn by the prosecution because of insufficient evidence.

The murder took place on September, 11, 2004 at Frigate Bay, Basseterre when Ricky Jones lost his life.

Williams and Hamilton are now free to go back into society after being incarcerated while Isaac and Liburd are now worry-free of their charges. ~~adz:Right~~

According to Defense Counsel Dr. Henry Browne, the prosecution had no case against his clients because there was insufficient evidence to indict them.
