    (Basseterre; St. Kitts):  Yesterday, Wednesday Feb. 7 at the High Court, four witnesses were to testify in the case of Harvey Liburd who was charged with indecent assault on a female under fourteen years old.
     
    In the case of Valerie Nisbett Mills who was charged with obtaining money by false pretence the prosecution withdrew the charges.  ~~adz:Right~~   
     
    Everton Huggins who was charged with "Causing Grievous Bodily Harm" and "Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm" also had his charges withdrawn.
     
    Anthony Phillip who is also accused of "Causing Grievous Bodily Harm" will appear for his trial on February 19.
