The following persons were convicted at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on Tuesday 6^th March 2007;

·         Kenrick Thomas of West Bourne Ghaut, Basseterre was convicted of the offence of 'Being found in an enclosed premise for some unlawful purpose' committed on 26^th February 2007 at the Youth Skills Training Center. Thomas pleaded guilty to the charge and was subsequently sentenced to serve six (6) weeks imprisonment with hard labour.

·         Terrance Casey alias 'Donkey' of Shear Lane, Basseterre was convicted of the offence of 'Larceny' committed on 15^th December 2006, and was fined $750.00 to be paid in one (1) month or in default to serve six (6) months imprisonment with hard labour.~~adz:Right~~

 The following persons were convicted at the Sandy Point Magistrate Court on Tuesday 6^th March 2007;

·         Peter Procope of Dieppe Bay, who was charged with the offence of 'Wounding' committed on 18^th February 2007, pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined $1,000.00 to be paid in three (3) months or in default to serve three (3) months imprisonment.

·         Williams Gift of The Alley, Sandy Point who was charged with the offence of 'Wounding' committed on 10^th January 2007, pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined $800.00 to be paid in one (1) month or in default to serve one (1) month imprisonment.

The following persons were charged with offences on 6^th March 2007;

·         Dujon Griffin Willett of Salt Pond Alley, Basseterre was charged with the offence of 'Wounding' committed on 5^th December 2006 at Basseterre.

·         Seymour James of Farms Site, Sandy Point was charged with the offence of 'Wounding with Intent to do grievous bodily harm' committed against Athnell Duncan on Monday 5^th March 2007 at Sandy Point.

·         Lawton Forbes of Hamilton, Nevis was charged with the offences of 'Armed Robbery' committed on 27^th February 2007 at Charlestown, Nevis and 'Larceny from the Person' committed on 23^rd February 2007 at Pinney's, Nevis.
