On 8th May 2007, Steve Archibald alias 'Fruity' of Salt Pond Alley, Basseterre was charged with the offence of "Carrying Abroad and Offensive Weapon" to wit a machete, committed on 7th May 2007.
The following persons were convicted at the Sandy Point Magistrate Court on Tuesday 8th May 2007;
·Dean Boddie of TabernacleVillage was convicted for the offence of "Being found in an enclosed premise" committed on 18th May 2006, and sentenced to serve three (3) months imprisonment with hard labour.
·Andrew Wilson of LodgeVillage was convicted for the offence of "Battery" and placed on a bond in the sum of $1,000.00 for six (6) months.

·Alphonso Isaac of Old Road Village was convicted for the offence of "Careless Driving" committed on 18th January 2007, and fined $7,000.00 to be paid in one (1) month or in default to serve one (1) month imprisonment.
At the High Court on Tuesday 8th May 2007 the following persons were convicted;
·Stanley Warde of Harris' Village pleaded guilty to his two indictments on charges of "House Breaking and Larceny" and was sentenced to serve three (3) years imprisonment on the first indictment. This sentence is to run consecutively with his present term while he was reprimanded on the second indictment.
·Lennord Gumbs of ParrayVillage, who was indicted on a charge of "Attempted Murder", pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of "Unlawful Wounding". The offence was committed on 4th July 2006 at Lower Monkey hill where Gumbs stabbed the victim in his chest using a knife. Sentencing has been postponed until 14th May 2007.
