Basseterre, St.Kitts June 23rd, 2011 - Lime again offers its sincerest apologies to all of its customers following the mobile outage two weeks ago.
Restoration work is now fully completed and the service is fully functional.
Now that we have overcome this challenge LIME wishes to offer 100 free LIME to LIME minutes and 100 free LIME to LIME texts to all of its prepaid customers. These free minutes and texts will expire in 30 days from 22nd June.
Post paid customers will enjoy 150 free LIME to LIME minutes and 150 free LIME to LIME texts. This offer will take effect during July and August. Postpaid customers will be able to use their free minutes and texts after they
would have exhausted the minutes and texts in their regular package.
LIME truly appreciates the immense patience and loyalty its customers exhibited during this period and offers its heartfelt thanks to them all.
