Police Press Release
In light of the impending long holiday weekend the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis would like to encourage business owners to be particularly proactive in monitoring the security of their premises.

Prior to locking up for the weekend, check your premises to ensure that external security lights and fixtures are functional for their desired purpose, if not replace where possible.

Business owners should periodically visit their premises, at least once a day but not at the same hour.  ~~Adz:Right~~

It would be prudent to report any breach in your building’s security as soon as you become aware of it, so as to have the matter investigated promptly, any delay in doing so can impede the investigation.

Home owners who will be away for the long weekend are also urged to put similar security measures in place.

Road users are also urged to drive with the utmost care and attention over the long holiday weekend and Please DON’T DRINK AND DRIVE.
