(Charlestown, Nevis) --- Charlestown police are currently investigating a hit and run accident after Hardtimes resident Mr. Vere Walwyn was found dead on an embankment adjacent to the Four Seasons Resort shortly after 5 a.m. on Sunday morning.
Unconfirmed reports indicate that Mr. Walwyn was out cycling when he was knocked off the road into the embankment by an unknown vehicle. However Chief of Police Superintendant Joseph Liburd assured the general public that investigations into the matter are currently ongoing.
