EVENT:  Media tour and official handover of cheque from  donors to lions club of Tortola for Noel Lloyd positive action movement Park Restroom Project.

BACKGROUND: The Lions Club of Tortola is installing a restroom facility at the Noel Lloyd Positive Action Movement Park. The restroom will be wheelchair accessible and will have all the modern amenities, including an area that will allow for baby changing.

This project is a voluntary public/private initiative. The Lions Club of Tortola is spearheading the construction, design, engineering and procurement of the facility, while government is responsible for the maintenance of the facility.
