BASSETERRE St.Kitts, July16th, 2011 - LIME is pleased to provide an update on the disruption of services on the Dieppe Bay and New Guinea Exchanges experienced over the last few days.
Working around the clock, our Technicians have been able to restore fixed line and mobile services to about half of our customers on the Dieppe Bay Exchange, while all internet customers served by the Dieppe Bay exchange should be enjoying internet service again.
All services on the New Guinea Exchange have been restored and there has been full restoration of mobile services to our customers in St. Paul’s.
LIME will like to again apologise to the affected customers for the obvious inconvenience caused by the disruption to these services and thanks customers for their tremendous patience.
LIME will issue a further update over the course of the day on the progress of the restoration of the remaining services on the Dieppe Bay Exchange.
