    Basseterre, St. Kitts (September 28, 2004): Labour Officer Mr. Ivor Wrensford says that employers in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis have a great opportunity to fill vacancies in their institutions by logging on to www.caribbeanpartners.org.

     

     

    According to Mr. Wrensford employers using this service are benefitting tremendously. He explained that it helps the employer to cut down on interviewing time, guarantees employers good candidates and provides free advertisement of the business.

     

     

    Mr. Wrensford highlighted the fact that the programme is user-freindly and absolutely free of cost to job-seekers and employers. He stated that businesses simply had to go online to register their companies’ vacancies as we ll as to update information. The job seekers, on the other hand are required to contact the labour department and provide information about academic achievements, skills and extra-curricular activities.

     

     

    The labour officer said his department has been commended by several businesses, referring specifically to the invaluable service provided in assisting the screening and interviewing process.
