For the offence of Careless Driving, she was fined five-hundred dollars ($500.00) to be paid in one month or serve one month in prison in default. She was cautioned for the offence of Driving without a valid and unexpired Drivers license, and fined four-hundred dollars ($400.00) for the offence of Driving without Insurance. The fine is to be paid in one month or serve one month in prison if not paid. The offences were committed on 22nd November, 2007 at Upper Stoney Grove.
