FACTS OF CASE:
On Sunday 4th November 2007, Juan Francisco Pemberton alias “Cibao” and others were at a bar on Malone Avenue, Basseterre. At about 11:30 p.m. “Cibao” and Wilson George got into an altercation which resulted in “Cibao” stabbing George in his upper body using a knife. George was taken to the Joseph N. France General Hospital where he died on Monday 5th November 2007.

A warrant is in existence for the arrest of Juan Francisco Pemberton for the murder of Wilson George.
