    Sunil "Lawyer" Williams fined $500 for making use of "Threatening Language"

     

    ~~Adz:Left~~ On 3rd December 2007, police arrested and charged 20-year-old Rayjorn Richardson of St. Pauls for the offences of "Possession of Cannabis" and "Carrying Abroad an Offensive Weapon. "The offence took place at St. Pauls.

     

    Menelek Tyson of Ramsbury Nevis was arrested and charged on 3rd December 2007 for the offences of "Throwing Missiles", "Armed with an Offensive Weapon" and "Battery." The offences were committed on 30 November 2007 at Main Street, Charlestown.
     
    All persons will appear before the court shortly.
     
    On 3rd December 2007, Sunil “Lawyer” Williams of Shadwell Estate was convicted for the offence of "Threatening Language" and fined five-hundred dollars ($500.00) to be paid in three months or serve three months in prison. The offence was committed on 15th February 2007.
     
    Donald Rawlins of Basseterre was convicted for the offence of "Found in an Enclosed Premises" and fined one-thousand dollars ($1000.00) to be paid in three months or serve six months.
     
    A 16-year-old juvenile from Newtown was convicted for the offences of "Larceny" and "Battery on Police". He was sentenced to six weeks in prison for the offence of "Larceny" and one month for the offence of "Battery". Both sentences are to run concurrently.
