Joint Operation Conducted
~~Adz:Left~~ On Wednesday 12th December 2007, a joint operation comprising of officers from the Drug Unit, Traffic Department and the St.Kitts-Nevis Defence Force was conducted in the Basseterre area.
As a result of the operation, a total of seventy-four (74) persons were stopped and searched for suspicion of drugs, arms and ammunitions as well as illegal firearms.
A quantity of Cannabis was discovered, and seventeen (17) traffic tickets were issued for various traffic offences.
