Police receives Donation from Island Auto Supplies
Another cooperate citizen has come to the assistance of the Police. On January 8th 2008 Mr. Sylvester Williams of Island Auto Supplies has donated one HP multi-function printer and four revolving lights to the Royal St. Christopher-Nevis Police Force, to be used by the Frigate Bay Police Station.
Mr. Williams in handing over the gift to the Police said he was always happy to give to the Police.
He said that he recognize that the Police have been working assiduously to contain crime in the Federation, but their efforts are hampered by a lack of resources.
He therefore encouraged other citizens to assist the Police, so that they can better assist the community.
Insp. Lionel Moore, officer in charge of the Frigate Bay Police Station, thanked Mr. Williams for his kind gesture and assured him that the printer and lights will be utilized in a manner that will improve the efficiency of the officers at his station, which will redound to improved service to the community.
