ROSEAU Dominica, September 26th, 2011 --  Interested persons are invited to apply for a Commonwealth Scholarship to pursue post-graduate studies towards a Master's or Doctor's Degree at an institution in the United Kingdom commencing October 2012.

Applicants should hold a first degree with at least upper second class honors or a degree of second class and relevant post-graduate degree.

Applications must be completed electronically and can be found on website: http://cscuk.dfid.gov.uk/.

A copy of application form should be submitted to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development with the following documents:

•Certified copies of academic qualifications
•Transcripts
•Birth certificates
•Curriculum vitae
•3 Original references
Deadline for receipt of copy of application is November 21, 2011. Additional information is available at the Commonwealth website stated above.

Applicants chosen field of study should be relevant to the List of National Priority Training Areas.

Public officers must apply through their Heads of Department.
