Rudey Isaac arrested and charged for "Threatening Language"
~~Adz:Left~~ Basseterre, St. Kitts: On Tuesday 22nd January 2008, police arrested and charged Rudel Isaac of Conaree for the offence of Threatening Language, committed on 22nd January 2008.
Dean Boddie of Carty’s Pasture Tabernacle, was arrested and charged on Tuesday 22nd January 2008 for the offence of Larceny, committed on 17th January 2008 at Cockle Shell Bay. This arrest is the culmination of investigations made into a report made by two visitors at Cockleshell Bay on 17th January 2008, where the couple alleged that their hand bag containing several valuables were left on beach chair while they went to a nearby bar, when they returned they discovered the bag missing.
Hensor Richardson of Upper Monkey Hill was arrested and charged on Tuesday 22nd January 2008 for the offence of House Breaking and Larceny.
Rolston Caines of Morning Star Nevis was arrested and charged on Tuesday 22nd January 2008 for the offence of causing death by reckless driving committed on January 18th 2008.
Franklyn Browne and Nigel ford of St. Vincent along with Walter Parris of Stapleton Village was arrested and charged on Tuesday 22nd January 2008 with the offences of (1) Possession of control drugs. (2) Possession of control drugs with intent to supply. (3) Importation of control drugs. (4) Disembarkment without the consent of an immigration officer and (5) Entering an area of the Federation that is not a formal port of entry. These charges stemmed from the large shipment of drugs and yacht that were seized at Tamarind Bay on January 17th 2008.
All persons will appear before the court shortly.
