Cable & Wireless St. Kitts & Nevis to list on the
Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange (ECSE)
Cable & Wireless St. Kitts & Nevis will list its shares on the Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange (ECSE) on Wednesday 30 January 2008. This will enable more active trading and improved liquidity for existing and new investors alike.
The ECSE listing was one of the commitments given by Cable & Wireless International (CWI) following its purchase of the Government’s 17% shareholding in Cable & Wireless St. Kitts & Nevis last September. In keeping with one of the requirements of listing, a research report has been published and will shortly be made available from a number of locations in St. Kitts & Nevis as well as on the ECSE and Cable & Wireless St. Kitts & Nevis websites.

A wide cross section of stakeholders has been invited to witness Wednesday’s listing which will take place at the ECCB auditorium at 10am.
