    Mr. Percival Hanley
    BASSETERRE, St. Kitts
    - AFTER 14 years of proving that anything he puts his hand to turns into gold, former General Manager of FINCO Percival Hanley was appointed General Manager of TDC Business Equipment Centre and the City Drug Store (2005) Ltd. with effect from January 1, 2008.

Percival Hanley replaces Lester Hanley and welcomes the transition into this position of greater responsibilities after working his magic at “FINCO” which he nurtured from its infancy and left in the capable hands of Curtis Gumbs, his successor, during its puberty.

Hanley sees this change as an opportunity for him to flex his other ‘managerial muscles’ as he has already proven beyond doubt the power of his financial genius muscles. Hanley is more than ready to demonstrate that he is a multi-dimensional person with more than just a keen financial acumen as an asset in his new role.

Though the name of his position remains the same (General Manager) his increased responsibilities are directly related to people. This transition now places him in charge of the productivity and development of about 50 employees, from ten in his previous position which were spread between the Nevis and St. Kitts offices.    ~~Adz:Right~~

Hanley now also has to see to the profitability of two very essential service areas for the TDC Group. In particular, he will now have authority over the Business Equipment Sales, Electronic Repairs, Copy Centre, Grand Rental Station [which rents Office Equipment, Chairs and Tent] and the Drug Store.

Hanley went to TDC/FINCO with over 20 years experience in the Banking Industry and varied finance markets having worked throughout the Caribbean for Barclays Bank Plc. His experience has the iron-clad backing of both a Certificate in Banking from the Chartered Institute of Bankers in London and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of the West Indies.

Although Hanley is more of an introvert, he transcends this innate quality and contributes to several non-profit community organisations. Most notably, he is a member and Past President of both the Rotary Club of St. Kitts and the St. Christopher Heritage Society; and he is also a member of the St. Thomas Anglican Church Restoration Committee and the St. Kitts Hash House Harriers.

Mr. Percival Hanley guides his daily activities by this simple thought, “Aim for the highest”, and encourages others to do the same.
