ROADTOWN Tortola BVI, October 5th, 2011  – The Elections Office is informing the public of the appointment of Returning Officers for the upcoming General Election scheduled for November 7.

On October 3, by virtue of the power and authority vested in the Deputy Governor, Mrs. V. Inez Archibald under Regulation 2 of the Public Service (Delegation of Powers) Regulations, 2011 and of all other powers and authorities thereunto enabling, the Deputy Governor, has appointed the following persons as Returning Officers for the 2011 General Election:Lucia Lettsome First Electoral District
