BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – EMPLOYEES from the Sports Zone store located adjacent to Palms Café in the Circus showed up to work earlier this morning (Oct. 6) surprised to find a broken window in the back of the building and the store’s back room ransacked.
The store remained closed this morning as SKNVibes observed a number of police officers taking statements from employees of the store.
One of the employees told SKNVibes that they had secured the store last night (Oct. 6) but returned this morning to a broken window and missing items.
“They took a lot of stuff, shoes, hats clothes and watches, all man stuff” he told this media house.
SKNVibes tried to get a statement from officers at the scene but were told that they could not provide any details and that the PRO would do so at a later time.
One officer however indicated that they received the call of a break in and investigations are being conducted.
