BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – IN January SKNVIbes headlined a story titled ‘10-year-old aspiring for stardom through music’. That 10-year-old Sonrisa Watts has continued to reach for her goal and will be releasing her debut album ‘Dream Big’ later this month.
The seven track album includes a number of new recordings and also her popular breaking out singles ‘Superstar’ and ‘Let’s Dance’ that were already released.
The Seventh Day Adventist School student released her first music video in June and has begun working on a second video for one of her new tracks dubbed ‘Don’t Give Up’.
According to a release from the young singer’s parents, Watts advises young people like herself and older folks who have stopped believing in the impossible that,
“Things may all seem strange in your dreams but you’re in control no matter how it seems you got to work hard every day.
Keep your head up, no matter what they say you got to dream, you got to dream big”

The album will be available online at both iTunes and Amazon Music as well as on compact discs. As part of the promotion for its release a free ringtone is available for download from her Facebook page - Sonrisa Superstar.
Watts has grown quite popular throughout the year and has performed on a number of shows and in a previous interview said she was happy with the experience it brought her.
She also represented her school in the Rotary of Liamuiga Talent Search Competition where she won the finals for vocals in her age group.
