Customs Officer on Rape, Buggery Charges

~~~Adz:Left~~BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – THE Customs Officer who was assisting the police with their investigations into an alleged rape incident on Nevis was today formally charged with Rape” and “Buggery”.

During an interview with SKNVibes.com’s Nevis reporter on Monday, Inspector Hilroy Brandy, Head of the Criminal Investigation Department, Nevis Division, said a Customs Officer was in custody concerning a rape allegation made last week by a female.
Brandy, at the time of the interview, declared that the Customs Officer was not charged for the alleged offence.

Today, however, SKNVibes was informed that he was formally charged with “”Rape” and “Buggery” and is scheduled to appear in the Magistrate’s Court seeking bail.
