BASSETERRE, St. Kitts: WHILE traveling on an Omni bus heading into Basseterre on Saturday Feb 16, a young woman got the shock of her life when a gun fell from another passenger as he exited the vehicle.

The woman claimed that the man, who appeared to be in his early twenties, boarded the passenger bus in Lodge Village just after midday and exited on the Bay Road in-front of the old Treasury Building downtown Basseterre. That was when the woman claimed a gun fell from his person into the street.

Not being familiar with hand guns, the woman could only say that the gun was dark in color and appeared to be “an old fashioned kind”.

The woman claimed she was too afraid to call the police in case the gun toting young man discovered her identity.  ~~Adz:Right~~
“An old woman was on the bus and saw when the gun dropped out.

She asked him what he doing with dat…he just pick it up, smile and said “nothing” and went on his way.”
