CHARLESTOWN, Nevis: A High Court Bailiff, John Arthurton, cordoned the property upon which the Sunshine's Beach Bar and Restaurant at Pinneys Beach is located early yesterday afternoon, as he executed a High Court Order requiring Llewellyn 'Sunshine' Caines to vacate the property.

Caines, who at the time was not on the premises, said in an interview that he is grateful for the assistance and support Nevis Island Administration ["present and past"] had given him.

He said it was beyond the NIA's control to stop the execution of the High Court Order. SKNVibes.com spoke to Caines at the Mango Restaurant where he was in the company of visitors to Nevis and a number of local persons.

Caines confirmed that the owner of the land needed to have it back.

This story will be updated as SKNVibes.com continues to gather information on the ongoing operation at Sunshine's Beach Bar and Restaurant and details of the Court Order.
