    Gingerland resident wins 2008 Culturama Slogan Competition

    ~~Adz:Right~~ BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – A male resident of Gingerland, Nevis was today announced winner of the 2008 Culturama Slogan Competition.
     
    A release from the Executive Director of the Culturama Secretariat on Nevis stated that Earl ‘Foble’ Rawlins of Pond Hill, Gingerland had submitted the winning entry for the 2008 Culturama Slogan Competition.
     
    The release said the winning slogan [“Participate! Make it great! Culturama 2K8!”] would be used to vigorously market Culturama 2008 locally, regionally and internationally.
     
    Rawlins will, in the near future, receive a plaque and two complimentary tickets to all activities slated for this year’s Culturama.
     
    “The Culturama Secretariat takes this opportunity to congratulate Mr. Rawlins for his winning slogan and also to thank all those persons who participated in the 2008 Culturama Slogan Competition,” the release reads.
