BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – KENRICK and Predeler Mason, the husband and wife duo that run Scooby Doo Tours and Taxi Services, saw their Kittitian hospitality parlayed into more dollars for the economy and repeat business for themselves last Thursday, March 13, 2008.
Kenrick first extended his Kittitian hospitality to Norman and Linda Pike on their third visit to St. Kitts in January 2008.
The couple are repeat Cruise Line vacationers and repeat visitors to St. Kitts. They were brought to St. Kitts by the Celebrity Galaxy when they crossed paths with Kenrick Mason.
The couple needed to be taken from Pelican Mall to a local car rental agency (where they had already reserved a vehicle for the day).
Kenrick, though disappointed that the couple had already made alternate arrangements for exploring St. Kitts, offered to give them an island tour if what they had pre-arranged did not work out. As fate would have it, the Pikes’ plans for the rental car fell through, so Norman, Linda, their daughter, son-in-law and grandson were given the island tour of their dreams by Kenrick.

kindness of their wonderful and outgoing tour-guide”; that it resulted in Linda deciding that the next charter would take a group of her friends to St. Kitts – and not St. Martin or Virgin Gorda, or one of the other islands that would have previously been chosen.
Also noteworthy, is the fact that Kenrick himself has been a passenger bus driver in the island for over 16 years and this equipped him to give them an informative tour and a smooth drive.
The second group of e11 persons came in last Thursday and included a senior vice president of the Marriott Resort chain (who manages 17 Marriott Inns).
Most of the passengers were from Rochester, as are Linda and Norman Pike. The group was flown in by Coastal Air which is owned by Mike Foster in St. Croix.
The Pikes also have a home in St. Croix from where Caribbean Connections operates.

Information reaching SKNVibes reveals that the second group had as much fun as the first and would probably tell a third group about the little island in the sun, and the kindness of Kenrick.
Things are certainly looking up for St. Kitts as a destination and Scooby Doo Tours & Taxi Services. Way to go Kenrick and Predeler.
