BASSETERRE St. Kitts, October 27th 2011 - The brand new Verchilds High School Performing Arts Club or TPAC is about to return talent and splender to the old road community. The Miss Verchilds High School pageant is back and under new management. The Verchilds High School Performing Arts Club or TPAC was created with the sole purpose of harnessing the talents dormant at the Verchilds high school help to shape the students in the most creative way possible.
On November 4th 2011 the first of many productions under the watchful eyes of TPAC will be held at the verchilds high school grounds. Who will be crowned Miss. VHS 2011-2012? As it gets closer to showtime, the contestants are working very hard to pull off the best possible pageant the school can stage. The four beautiful contestants are 15yr old Miss. Aresia Periera who would be representing the Future Formers Club platform, Miss. Kadijah Joseph, Miss. Foreign Langauges, Miss Shenel Dunrod, Miss History and Miss. Kwahne Wharton, Miss Performing Arts.
The show will open with an explosive production number followed by the speech and wear segment. The second half of the pageant will kick off with the performing talent, the evening wear and ending with the interview. At end of the night, the contestant crowned Miss Verchilds High will have the honor of representing the school in the upcoming National Carnival Talented Teen Pageant on December 16th, 2011.
The host band for the show will be none other than the Sweetest band in the world, The Small Axe band. Other special invited artists and performers include Footsy, Silk, Identity Model Agency, Sweet Voices and much more. Tickets can be bought at the City Drug Store and Harpers. The cost of the tickets are children $15 at advance, $20 at the gate and adults $20 and $25 by the gate. The show of course would not be possible without our sponsors. We would like to thank everyone who has contributed towards the preparation of the pageant. The Verchilds High School appreciates the assistance. Showtime is 8:00 pm.
