~~Adz:Left~~ Basseterre; St. Kitts - A search warrant was executed on the premises of Terrence “Bol” Wharton of Upper Cayon on Thursday 3rd April 2008 at about 10:30 a.m. by members of the Security Forces for controlled drugs, arms, ammunition and stolen goods. During the search a small quantity of marijuana was found along with one black face mask. The items were taken into police custody pending further investigations.
A search warrant was also executed on the premises of Doreen Rodriguez and Ingle Boon of Half Way Tree on Thursday 3rd April 2008 for controlled drugs, arms, ammunition and stolen goods. Three plastic bags containing marijuana, one round of ammunition and three camouflage suits were found in Mr. Boon’s bedroom. Mr. Boon along with the items were taken into Police custody. He was subsequently charged for Possession of cannabis.
A routine stop and search exercise by Police on Nevis on Thursday 3rd April 2008 at about 10:45 a.m. at the Charlestown Pier resulted in the arrest of Elvis Bradshaw of Newtown Ground Village, St. Kitts, after a quantity of marijuana was found in his possession. Mr. Bradshaw was eventually charged with the offence of Possession of cannabis.
