    Basseterre, St. Kitts (December 29, 2004): Winners of the 2nd annual St. Kitts Carnival Car Show can look forward to prizes such as DVD systems, tyres and accessories.
     
    This was revealed by an official for the event. The spokesperson indicated that a number of prizes have been amassed to present to the various winners.  Prizes also include car radios, car care products and cash awards. Services including free airbrushes and repair work at body shops will also be presented to the winners.
     
    AWe offered attractive gift prizes last year but felt a desire to up the stakes this year,@ the official disclosed. AThe cash prizes and the gift packages which include a trophy will go a long way in rewarding the car owners for their creativity and stylistic presentations.@
     
    The judging criteria is broken down to award points for interior and exterior setups.  The subsections cover cleanliness, conditioning, appearance, decorations and modifications.

    Meanwhile, Jamaican dancehall superstar Moses ABeenie Man@ Davis is scheduled to appear at the St. Kitts Carnival Car Show.  Beenie will be signing autographs, interacting with fans, checking out the cars and giving a foretaste of his performance slated for later that night. Additional details will be made available in a subsequent news broadcast.
     
    The exciting car show takes place on Sunday, January 2, on the grounds of the historic Fort Thomas Hotel. There is a $10.00 admission fee.
